Topshop Competitors Survey Results

I posted a survey on both my Instagram Story and on my Facebook feed to try and gather as many responses as possible. Putting it on both allowed me to get more of a range of results as it is able to reach different people on each platform. I collated the results after 24 hours.

 I'd asked nine questions and I got 33 responses to the questions relating to how social media has an effect on Topshop.

Brand Positioning Map

For my brand positioning map have chosen to focus on the quality and the prices of the products sold at each of the stores. I have tried to choose a range of retailers who all sell clothes but each charge different prices and have a different quality of product.  For example, Marks and Spencer's are seen to have a high quality of products and charge a premium price for them. They are able to do this because their quality of products does match the price and it is affordable for their target demographic. Topshop SWOT Analysis

Political If Brexit goes through then despite Topshop being a British company, they have stores across Europe. The legal and trading standards would be compromised as a result of Brexit as the amount we pay would change ( www.eu.topshop.com )  Economic  Topshop have started to see a decline in their profits due to a rise in sales and profits seen by cheaper online competitors including Boohoo and Misguided (Jill Geoghegan  www.drapersonline.com ).
